International airport is near Split,
only 30 km from Podstrana and a ferry
port, a train and a bus station are
8 km (there is a local bus near the
pension) or 10 minutes by car.

|  Split is a 1700 year
old ancient city. Its main core consist
of the Diocletian palace, often visited
by many tourists.
Eight kilometers far from Split at the
base of mountain Mosor, there is a tourist
location called Podstrana. The Pension
MARTIN (board and lodging)
is located in this location only five
meters from the sea.
The pension MARTIN
has 18 luxury decorated rooms (each
with a bathroom, a television and an
air-condition), a caffee bar, a guest
lounge, a terrace with a sea view, and
own parking lot.

offers traditional dalmatian food specialities.
We offer examinations for boat gudies
for those interested. A golf centre,
tennis courts, night clubs, cafffee
bars, restaurants and etc. are located
close to the pension MARTIN.
There is also an opportunity
to visit neighbouring resorts: rafting
down river canyon of Cetina, Klis fortress,
Vranjača cave, and the neighbouring
islands of the middle Adriatic: Brač,
Šolta, Hvar, and etc.

|  Split ist eine altertimliche Stadt, die
1700 Jahre alt ist, und in dessen engeren Stadtkern
sich der Diokletianspalst befindet, der von
zahlreichen Touristen gern besucht wird.
Acht Kilometer von Split entfernt
befindet sich an Fuß des Berges Mosor, der Ort
Podstrana, in dessen Zentrum, nur 5 Meter vom
Meer, die Pension MARTIN ist.
Die Pension verfügt mit 18 Zimmern,
die modern ausgestattet sind (jedes mit Bad,
WC, TV und air-condition), der Café Bar, dem
Gästesalon, einer Terrase mit dem Blick aufs
Meer und einem cigenem Parkplatz.
Die Pension bietet traditionelle
dalmatinische Spezialitäten an. Den Gästen,
die daran Interesse haben crmöglichen wir, dass
sie die Prüfung für den Schiffsführer machen
können.
In der Nähe befinden sich ein Golfzentrum,
Tennisplätze, Diskos, Café Bars, Restaurants
u.ä.
Es bietet sich die Gelegenheit,
dass sie dei benachbarten Ausflugsorte besuchen

Vranjača, sowie auch die unliegenden Inseln

der Geschäftstreffen sehr geeignet. |

antica, fondata 1700 anni fa in cui centro strettissimo
si trova il Palazzo di Diocleziano, visitato
dai molti turisti. Otto chilomètri da Spalato,
a pié del monte Mosor si trova il paese turistico
Podstrana in cui centro, solo cinque metri dal
mare è siutata la pensione MARTIN.
La pensione disporre di 18 camere moderni,
(ognuna con bagno, WC, TV e air-condition) il
bar, il salotto per gli ospiti, la terazza con
la vista sul mare ed ili proprio parcheggio.
La pensione vi offre anche le specialita tradizionali
di Dalmazia. Alle persone interessate si dà
la possibilita di sostenere un esame per il
guidatore della barca.
